Review: Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson

The Good:  I was very impressed with how well the author kept the story at a constant and intriguing pace in this novel. The characters were very well developed and the author has a talent for transporting the reader to the beautiful and charming English countryside and time period.

The Bad: The language used is acceptable for us modern day Americans but this being a regency period novel does not have the same graceful old language as an authentic period novel like Austen or Bronte. While it was a bit noticeable it didn’t distract me.

The Ugly: This is a very sweet story, nothing ugly really.

Available on ebook and paperback at Amazon and Barnes & Noble
